*¹ Database storage space can be whatever you want, but it counts toward your total storage space. Higher plans offer more pre-configured database instances for increased flexibility. Available SQL Relational Database options are MS-SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
*² Some features are available on both Windows 2000 and Linux platforms, others are available on only one platform.
*³ SSL Secure Server functionality requires an additional fee to purchase an SSL certificate for your organization.

Contract Terms
Our terms are simple. It is a month-to-month agreement with no contract to sign, but be sure to read the terms as we will cancel people that are abusing certain privileges (such as "SPAM" broadcasts). You will be billed at the beginning of each month and your price is guaranteed for 12 months from your start date. You can cancel with a 15-day notice at any time. We also provide a 30-day money back guarantee while you are getting setup, so if you get all moved in and decide you didn't want to get on the web after all, there will be no charge.

Incremental Fees
The following features can be added to your account at any time to increase the capacity or add new domain names to point at your account.

Additional Traffic		$10.00 per GB
Additional Storage		$0.20 per MB in units of 25MB
Additional E-mail Account		$1.00 per month, no setup fee
Additional SQL Relational Database Instance		$5.00 per month, $10 setup fee
Miscellaneous Move/Add/Change Fee		$10.00 per occurrence

Ivertex wants web hosting to be affordable for everyone.

	In addition to our low priced starter plan, we offer a 10% discount on monthly service fees to non-profit organizations such as schools, churches, and libraries.
	We offer a 10% discount on monthly service fees if you prepay for 12 months of hosting service. These discounts may be combined.

Definitions

Traffic
The amount of visitor traffic you are allowed per month. Each hosting plan provides a different monthly capacity and this applies to all data transfers to and from your account. You usually don't need to worry about your traffic unless your web site is very popular - something we all want. Other features that consume a lot of traffic is a very active chat room or having large file downloads that are popular with alot of your visitors. We do provide web usage statististics that are updated on a daily basis, so you can keep an eye on your web traffic to get an idea of how much capacity your site requires.

Storage
Storage is the amount of data that can be stored in your account on our servers and it is measured in megabytes (MB). A typical corporate presence web site could be smaller than 10MB and contain files such as HTML documents and images. A web site with a lot of images, audio/video files, or downloadable files will probably need quite a bit more space than that. Each hosting plan provides a certain amount of Storage capacity, and additional storage is available at any time for a nominal monthly charge.

E-mail accounts
Each hosting plan provides e-mail accounts that you can assign names to. If your domain name is makeyourmark.com, you could add e-mail accounts such as john@makeyourmark.com, donna@makeyourmark.com, marketing@makeyourmark.com. While you only have a certain number of mailboxes depending on your hosting plan, you can also setup E-mail Aliases as described in the Features section.
